 6  You can sell the excess electricity you don't need to the electricity companies, who ensure that green energy is sent on to other electricity trading customers.
 

Solar panels have no moving components that can mess up –  this creates minimal maintenance. Dirt on solar panels also has no major impact on efficiency.
